FRANK FOSTER SIGNS PUBLISHING CONTRACT
Boonsboro, MD March 5, 2007 - Hilliard and Harris Publishing Company announced today the signing of an agreement with writer Frank Foster of Lakeland, Florida, for the publication of his series of Lynn Woo mystery thriller novels. The setting for the books is the resort village of Boca Grande on Florida's southwest coast where Foster had a home for many years.
